Casale Isidoro was born from a meticulous renovation of a country farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s, respecting the local peasant tradition. Even the name “Isidoro” was “re-used”: Isidoro is in fact the name of the person who began to lay the first stone over 120 years ago. As often happened in those times of super free building, the farmhouse is located in a panoramic position, set among the green hills, in the heart of Umbria, in the Locality of Tervenano, in the Municipality of Castel Ritaldi, in the province of Perugia.
Casale Isidoro, surrounded by olive trees, truffle grounds, expanses of cultivated fields and small woods, offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature without giving up the comforts of a recently renovated farmhouse and basic necessities thanks to the proximity to points of interest, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants etc., being less than 2 km from the center of Castel Ritaldi.
The meticulously renovated interiors have maintained the typical style of an Umbrian farmhouse, with brick and “pianelle” floors, stone walls, period doors and gates, chestnut beam ceilings, which immediately give a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. Great attention has also been paid to details, to the furniture and to the furnishings in general, with an alternation between ancient and modern, which creates an elegant and refined environment, and at the same time comfortable and pleasantly usable. The farmhouse is divided into two floors connected by an internal iron staircase and wooden steps although each floor has an entrance from the outside, thanks to the surrounding sloping land. On the first floor a small entrance and a hallway lead to the three large air-conditioned double bedrooms, with private bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together into a double bed if necessary. On the ground floor, at the entrance we find a 35 m2 lounge, with an elegant and comfortable sitting area in front of a large flat-screen TV and a large period fireplace; a “reading” corner has also been created in one corner of the lounge. The living room is connected via 2 large openings to a dining room with a large wooden and glass table. Next to the dining room there is a large eat-in steel kitchen complete with all appliances that gives a touch of contrast and modernity. A storage room and, serving the ground floor, a small toilet with washing machine complete the whole. The ground floor is also equipped with air conditioning.
Externally, Casale Isidoro has 3 panoramic terraces with views of the surrounding hills and mountains, a garden on the first floor that can be accessed from the bedrooms and a garden on the ground floor that can be accessed directly from the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, since each room has an external door that leads directly to the garden.
Adjacent to the main house is the so-called "Sala Living", a structure of about 50 square meters in industrial style, where you can eat or relax reading and listening to music.
In front of the "Sala living" there is an infinity pool complete with a small internal beach to enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and the Sibillini Mountains while being caressed by the intense blue water.
